Personal Training:  Typically done 1 on 1 but can also be done in what is known as semi-private training, usually consisting of 2 - 4 people. With an All-Star Fitness personal trainer, you get individual attention and a customized fitness plan to help you accomplish your goals. Personal Training usually takes place in a gym setting consisting of free weights, cardiovascular equipment and resistance machines.
